Tuition
Tuition will be due the first class period of each month, and failure to pay by this date will result in the loss of the Payment On-Time discount.
End of Month Handouts
Amanda's Dance Academy has gone paperless! All newsletters and invoices are emailed the last week of each month. Additional copies of the newsletters will be available in our lobby. You should expect to receive these emails, and if you do not, it is your responsibility to contact us regarding your amount due and relevant announcements.
Snow Days
We will not have dance class if the Eudora Public Schools are canceled due to weather. We will post this information on the home page of our website and Facebook. Classes will not be canceled due to Eudora Public Schools teacher workdays and parent-teacher conferences. In the event of a dance class cancellation, a make up day will not be scheduled, instead students can attend another class in their age group to make up for the missed day. No refunds for missed days due to weather.
Class Absence
When students miss class, they can choose another class close to their age group to attend to make up for the absence of class. Please make up missed classes within two weeks time. No refunds for missed classes.
Parent Watch Week
Parent watch week gives the parents a chance to see their child's progress in dance class. The last 10-15 minutes of class, the parents will be allowed to watch as their child demonstrates what they have learned in class. These will be held the last week of October, December, February and April. Please consult our calendar for specific dates.
Food & Drink
No food, gum or drink (other than water) allowed during class.
Discontinuing Dance Classes
Parents need to inform Amanda's Dance Academy if their child chooses to discontinue dance classes. This allows for necessary changes in choreography to occur in a timely manner. Amanda's Dance Academy will continue to invoice costomers unless notification is given.
Late Fee - $10
A $10 fee will be charged for payments received after the 15th day of the month.
NSF Charge - $20
A $20 fee will be charged for any unreturned check.

Private Lessons
Private lessons can be scheduled with Amanda's Dance Academy upon request. For students that are wanting to do private lessons for performances (solo, duet, trio) they are required to be enrolled in at least one other class at Amanda's Dance Academy, otherwise they will not be allowed to perform in recitals, community performances, or competitions. Private lessons are intended for students wishing to improve on skills that are taught in classes, they are not to be a substitute for regular dance classes. Private lessons are not part of the payment-on-time discount, family discount or 2nd class discount, as they are not a regular monthly class.

Costume Fee - $52 per costume
Costume fees are will be due November 17th. The price will vary depending on the class and the number of routines that will be performed in the recital. Fee is non refundable after costumes are ordered.
June tuition covers 1 regular class, tech rehearsal, dress rehearsal, the recital, and a recital viewing party.

Recital T-shirts will be needed for each dancer participating in the daddy/daughter dance routine in the recital, as they will be worn for costumes!
